Draft 2 Digital Fees

If you are using Draft 2 Digital, it might be time to review your account set up. Prices below are USD.

Short version - if you don't sell many books, they aren't wanting you.

Longer version - new accounts will need to pay a one-off fee of $20. This is aimed at blocking automated and low-quality accounts.

An annual maintenance fee of $12 will be applied to any account that sells less than $100 of books in a rolling twelve months. This is being justified because they say each listing costs them money. This will start from 14th May 2026 and payments will hit your account on the anniversary date. It looks like they take it from any account balance first then send you notification of a payment (rather than just taking money out of a real account).

As someone that has had very minimal sales via this platform, they will be my next stop, to delete my listings! Unfortunately this appears to require a message to them - you need to delist then delete books first, then use the contact form.
